Our highly specialized cuisine features Santa Fe style Mexican food, formerly served at Bobo’s Mexican Restaurant and Cantina in Stillwater, Oklahoma. New Mexican chef, Bobby Aufill, shares the art of Southwest cooking in our prepared food items, using recipes dating back to the early 1600’s. In addition to handmade traditional oldies, we also offer contemporary dishes.

We hope you will enjoy our Southwest Mexican food and have spared no time nor expense to ensure this. All food items are freshly prepared by hand with no added preservatives, using only choice meats and vegetables from local producers when possible. We use roasted and peeled green chiles to give our dishes the fire roasted flavor.

Customers with special dietary needs or food sensitivities are welcome to ask questions about specific ingredients being used.
