Harvestyme Bread is a family-owned artisan bakery. Most of our breads use European-style starters and take 2-3 days from start to finish. Several of our breads utilize a 15 year-old starter. We use no preservatives in our products and we use whole grains in 95% of our breads. Our breads come double-wrapped, and we guarantee them for 3 weeks if kept refrigerated.
